SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH PLAINS...PRODUCING ONE TENTH TO ONE QUARTER OF
AN INCH PER HOUR ACROSS PORTIONS OF YOAKUM COUNTY. ADDITIONAL
BANDS OF SHOWERS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE SOUTH
PLAINS AND WESTERN ROLLING PLAINS INTO WESTERN TO CENTRAL PORTIONS
OF THE FAR SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE. HEAVIER SHOWERS WILL HAVE THE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE UP TO ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH OF
RAINFALL...BUT ONE TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS WILL MORE COMMONLY
FALL. AN INTERMITTENT RUMBLE OF THUNDER MAY ALSO ACCOMPANY THIS
ACTIVITY.
