Through 4 am...scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will
continue to move south at 20 to 25 mph across the southwestern
Texas Panhandle into the northwestern South Plains. Rainfall
amounts will remain light at under on tenth of an inch. Gusty
winds to 40 mph and occasional lightning flashes will also be
possible.
