EXTREME SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE. THIS ACTIVITY WILL MOVE TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. MODERATE RAIN...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY THE THUNDERSTORMS.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL RANGE FROM A TRACE TO ABOUT A QUARTER
