FROM THE EXTREME SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE THROUGH THE EASTERN
SOUTH PLAINS INTO THE ROLLING PLAINS. THE BULK OF THE RAIN WILL
FALL NORTH AND EAST OF A LINE FROM LITTLEFIELD THROUGH LUBBOCK TO
POST. A FEW POCKETS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL DROP A QUARTER TO HALF
INCH OF RAIN THIS MORNING...WITH A TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS
EXPECTED OTHERWISE.
