SOUTHWEST TEXAS PANHANDLE. A FEW STRONGER STORMS IN THIS LINE WILL
BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN CAUSING PONDING OF
WATER ON AREA ROADWAYS. IN ADDITION...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS TO ABOUT 45 MPH WILL ACCOMPANY THIS
ACTIVITY.
