Scattered thunderstorms will move south through the Rolling Plains
from near Quitaque, Turkey, and Memphis toward Paducah, Roaring
Springs, and Guthrie. Through 6 AM brief heavy rainfall, small
hail, and wind gusts to 40 mph can be expected with the strongest
of these storms.
