TO PUSH EAST ACROSS THE SOUTH PLAINS...ROLLING PLAINS...AND FAR
SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE. THE STEADIEST SNOW...PRODUCING
ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH...WILL BE
CONFINED TO LOCATIONS EAST OF THE CAPROCK ESCARPMENT AND ALONG AS
WELL AS EAST OF THE HIGHWAY 70 CORRIDOR. AREAS TO THE WEST WILL
SEE ACTIVITY LIGHTEN UP IN INTENSITY AND COME TO AN END.

WITH TEMPERATURES REMAINING WELL BELOW FREEZING TODAY...TRAVEL
WILL CONTINUE TO BE HAZARDOUS AND MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE
CAUTION ON SNOW AND ICE PACKED ROADS.
