.NOW...
Through 7:30 pm...isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms
will continue to develop across the far southwest Texas Panhandle
into the northwestern South Plains. Additionally, more widespread
thunderstorms will then spread in from eastern New Mexico and the
west-central Texas Panhandle later this evening. The greatest
threat with the stronger storms will be gusty downburst winds of
50 mph or greater. Pockets of generally light rainfall will also
be possible as the activity moves southeastward around 20 mph. A
few spots that may be affected include Bovina and Farwell.
