JUSTICEBURG...MOVING NORTHEASTWARD AROUND 15 MPH. EXPECT BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN...WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS. IN ADDITION...A FEW
SPOTS COULD PICK UP A QUICK HALF INCH TO INCH. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE
ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND SLOW DOWN ACCORDINGLY.
