WILL CONTINUE THIS EVENING ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SOUTH
PLAINS. HEAVIEST RAIN WILL STRETCH FROM NEAR MATADOR AND FLOYDADA
THROUGH HALE CENTER TO SUDAN. RAINFALL RATES LOCALLY OVER 2 INCHES
PER HOUR WILL CAUSE AREAS OF EXCESSIVE RUNOFF AND MINOR FLOODING
EARLY THIS EVENING. RAIN WILL EDGE TO THE NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

PLAINS AND EXTREME SOUTEHAST TEXAS PANHANDLE WILL LEAD TO LOCAL
DOWNPOURS UP TO AN INCH IN A FEW LOCATIONS CAUSING MINOR STREET
FLOODING. A FEW STRONGER STORMS MAY CONTAIN SMALL HAIL AND WIND
GUSTS OVER 40 MPH. THE STORMS WILL BE NEARLY STATIONARY.
