PANHANDLE AND ROLLING PLAINS. BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL BE THE
MOST LIKELY THREAT WITH THIS ACTIVITY AS IT STRENGTHENS WITH
TIME...AND WHILE A FEW RUMBLES OF THUNDER WILL BE
POSSIBLE...SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED. HEAVIER AND MORE
WIDESPREAD RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE LATER TONIGHT AS
WELL...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE AND NORTHERN
ROLLING PLAINS.
