Through 5 pm, scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue
across most of the South Plains and Rolling Plains. The greatest
concentration of activity will be found across Hall and Cottle
Counties, progressing into Childress County. Localized heavy
downpours from the slow-moving activity may produce rainfall in
excess of one inch and cause minor flooding along bar ditches,
creeks, and ponding of water on area roadways.
