TO ROAM THE SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND THE
ROLLING PLAINS. THE GREATEST THREAT WITH THIS ACTIVITY WILL BE
STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS WHICH COULD GUST IN EXCESS OF 45 MPH. IN
ADDITION, LOCALIZED RAINFALL AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING WILL BE POSSIBLE. RAIN WILL BE SPOTTY AND LIGHT...WITH A
TRACE TO COUPLE TENTHS OF AN INCH POSSIBLE IN A FEW LOCATIONS.
MOVE INSIDE A STURDY BUILDING IF A THUNDERSTORM APPROACHES AND
WAIT FOR IT TO PASS.
