Through 230 AM, a cold front will continue diving south at 35 mph
across the far southwest Panhandle and adjacent South Plains.
Expect strong northerly winds immediately following this front,
with sustained speeds near 30 mph at times and gusts to 40 mph.
Some blowing dust is also likely downwind of open fields.
