.NOW...
Through 12:00 am, a complex of showers and thunderstorms will
continue to move slowly to the southeast across the western South
Plains, and into portions of the central and southern South
Plains, mainly to the west of a line from Brownfield, to
Plainview, to Silverton. A few of the stronger cells embedded in
this complex will bring brief heavy rain and strong wind gusts up
to about 45 mph, along with deadly cloud to ground lightning.
