THROUGH 6 PM...THE DRYLINE REMAINS NEAR THE STATE LINE WITH
THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING ALONG AND JUST WEST OF THE EDGE OF THE
CAPROCK. STORMS WILL QUICKLY BECOME SEVERE PRODUCING LARGE
HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. WE ALSO CANNOT
RULE OUT BRIEF TORNADOES...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND EAST OF A TAHOKA
TO SILVERTON LINE. ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP WILL MOVE OFF TO THE
NORTHEAST 20 TO 30 MPH.
