An area of strong thunderstorms will spread across the northern
Rolling Plains early this morning with up to an inch of rain,
small hail, and wind gusts to 45 mph. Isolated to scattered
showers and thunderstorms will spread from the extreme southern
Texas Panhandle through the northern and central parts of the
Texas South Plains, about to Morton, Levelland, Lubbock, and
Crosbyton, by 330 AM.
