Through 3:30 AM...Scattered showers and thunderstorms have begun to
develop across the southwest Texas Panhandle and northern South
Plains, moving east-southeast at 20 mph. Expect brief downpours,
small hail and strong wind gusts with the strongest of this
activity which is currently on a line from Earth to Dimmit moving
toward Hart.
