BECOME WIDESPREAD...LOCALIZED VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS TO ONE QUARTER
OF A MILE ARE LIKELY IN SOME AREAS. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTREME
CAUTION WHEN DRIVING THROUGH THESE AREAS...AS THESE LOW
VISIBILITIES MAY CREATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
