Through 4 pm, a cold front will continue to move south across the
southern South Plains and southern Rolling Plains. The wind will
shift to the north with speeds between 15 to 25 MPH. Scattered
thunderstorms could develop along and south of the front mainly
along and south of a Guthrie, Spur, Meadow, to Plains line. Any
storms that do develop will be capable of producing hail up to
nickle size, frequent lightning, and gusty winds to 50 mph.
