PLAINS. ALTHOUGH THESE SHOWERS WILL BRING LITTLE TO NO RAIN AT
GROUND LEVEL...THEY WILL CREATE GUSTY SOUTHERLY TO SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS
OF 25 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 40 TO 50 MPH. THESE STRONG WINDS
WILL ALSO LOFT AREAS OF BLOWING DUST WHICH WILL REDUCE
VISIBILITIES. USE EXTRA CAUTION IF TRAVELING THROUGH THE EARLY
MORNING HOURS.
