PANHANDLE AND NORTHERN SOUTH PLAINS. BRIEF DOWNPOURS...GUST WINDS
TO 35 MPH AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY. ADDITIONAL RAIN TOTALS OF
1/4 TO 1/2 INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE HEAVIER SHOWERS. A FEW
