SLOW MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS WILL ALLOW THIS ACTIVITY TO PRODUCE
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLOODING. OCCASIONAL
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS TO 50 MPH WILL ALSO BE
