TO AFFECT MUCH OF THE SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE AND NORTHERN
ROLLING PLAINS...GENERALLY ALONG AND NORTH OF A TULIA TO PADUCAH
LINE. THIS ACTIVITY WILL PRODUCE BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL
AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST
AROUND 25 MPH. RAINFALL TOTALS OF A TENTH TO QUARTER INCH WILL BE
MOST COMMON...THOUGH THE STRONGEST STORMS COULD PRODUCE A HALF
INCH TO INCH.
