Through 9 PM...Scattered thunderstorms from Bledsoe to Lubbock to
Post will continue drifting north-northwestward while
thunderstorms from Muleshoe to Childress drift southward. Threats
from these thunderstorms will be brief heavy downpours, frequent
cloud- to- ground lightning, and wind gusts up to 55 mph. In
addition, patchy blowing dust may develop along gust fronts and
could reduce visibility to 3 miles or less at times.
