PANHANDLE, WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SOUTH AT AROUND 10 MPH. THESE
STORMS ARE EXHIBITING A PULSED NATURE AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING LOCALLY STRONG DOWNBURST WINDS WHEN INDIVIDUAL STORM
CELLS COLLAPSE. AS SUCH, DOWNBURST WINDS TO 55 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED
NEAR THE STRONGER STORMS. LOCALIZED SEVERE WIND GUSTS NEAR 60 MPH ARE
POSSIBLE PARTICULARLY IN SWISHER AND BRISCOE COUNTIES.
