Through 6 pm...
Showers and thunderstorms will develop across
portion of the Rolling Plains and could extend northward to the
extreme southeastward Texas Panhandle. The environment is
favorable for these storms to become strong to possibly severe. Vigilance
of the ongoing weather situation is advised. The stronger non-
severe storms will be capable of winds near 50 mph along with hail
to the size of nickels.
