AT 525 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR
LOCKETVILLE...OR 8 MILES NORTH OF BROWNFIELD...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15
MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING
WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS AS THEY RAPIDLY DEVELOP AND
COLLAPSE.  IN ADDITION...AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY APPROACHING FROM THE
WEST COULD RESULT IN BRIEF PERIODS OF LOW VISIBILITIES DUE TO
BLOWING DUST AWAY FROM THE THUNDERSTORMS THEMSELVES.

BROWNFIELD...LOCKETVILLE...MEADOW...ROPESVILLE...AND DRIVERS ALONG
HIGHWAY 82 BETWEEN BROWNFIELD AND ROPESVILLE.

BRIEF PERIODS OF TORRENTIAL RAINFALL ARE ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS
STORM...AND MAY LEAD TO POOR VISIBILITY AND BRIEF FLASH FLOODING.
