UNTIL 415 PM CDT...

At 404 PM, radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Kirkland,
or 11 miles east of Childress. This storm was nearly stationary.

Dime size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Kirkland and motorists along Highway 287 in southeast Childress
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
