.ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM WILL SPREAD SNOW ACROSS THE AREA BEGINNING
NEAR THE NEW MEXICO STATE LINE LATE TONIGHT AND EXITING THE
ROLLING PLAINS FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THIS SYSTEM WILL BE STRONGER THAN
THE ONE THAT BROUGHT SNOW TO THE AREA EARLIER TODAY. SNOWFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 4 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS CAN BE
EXPECTED.

* TIMING...ACCUMULATION OF SNOW BEGINNING NEAR OR SHORTLY AFTER
  MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AND PERSISTING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

* SNOWFALL...1 TO 4 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS. THE
  HEAVIEST AMOUNTS ARE MOST LIKELY TO FALL ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
  TEXAS PANHANDLE FROM FARWELL AND FRIONA TO TULIA AND SILVERTON.
  THE LIGHTEST AMOUNTS ARE MOST LIKELY TO OCCUR IN THE SOUTHERN
  SOUTH PLAINS FROM DENVER CITY TO POST.

* MAIN IMPACT...SNOW COVERED AND ICY ROADWAYS WILL RESULT IN
  HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
