...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in
  low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Charles and King George Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of
  high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water reaches yards near Cobb Island
  and docks near Dahlgren.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Goose Bay is at 1:06 AM and 1:36
  PM. The next high tide at Indian Head is at 5:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
  The next high tide at Dahlgren is at 12:00 AM and 12:23 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

...COASTAL FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT
THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of
  inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due
  to tidal flooding. For the Coastal Flood Watch, up to one foot
  of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas
  due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 5 PM EDT
  Saturday, especially around the time of high tide. For the
  Coastal Flood Watch, from late Saturday night through Sunday
  morning, especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on
  Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is
  flooded. Compromise Street is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at
  2:35 AM and 2:47 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

  inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas due
  to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in St. Marys County.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 2 PM EDT
  Saturday, especially around the time of high tide. For the
  Coastal Flood Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday
  morning, especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George
  Island, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the
  east, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St.
  Mary`s River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Point Lookout is at 10:24 PM and
  10:47 AM. The next high tide at Coltons Point is at 11:56 PM and
  12:26 PM. The next high tide at Piney Point is at 11:20 PM and
  11:50 AM.

  lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in the District of Columbia.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of
  high tide.

* IMPACTS...Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of
  the seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop
  Road, and near the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial..

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 5:14 AM
  and 5:44 PM.
