...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

HIGH TIDE HAS PASSED...AND WATER LEVELS ARE BEGINNING TO RECEDE
THIS EVENING. NO ADDITIONAL INUNDATION IS EXPECTED TONIGHT.

WATER LEVELS ARE STILL ABOVE ASTRONOMICAL NORMALS...AND FRESH
WATER FROM THE RECENT RAIN AND SNOWMELT IS YET TO TRAVEL DOWN
THE POTOMAC RIVER. WHILE THE TIDAL INFLUENCE WILL BE LESS ON
FRIDAY...FRESH WATER WILL ELEVATE THE WATER LEVELS ABOVE TYPICAL
VALUES. MINOR FLOODING IS STILL POSSIBLE...BUT ITS EXTENT IS
UNCERTAIN.

ALL AFFECTED PARTIES SHOULD MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS THROUGH
FRIDAY.
