CENTRAL MARYLAND AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA AS WELL AS THE DISTRICT OF
COLUMBIA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WASHINGTON AND
BALTIMORE METROPOLITAN AREAS THROUGH MIDNIGHT. SEE WBCFFALWX FOR
FURTHER DETAILS. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED
DURING THIS TIME...AND THIS MAY LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING.
A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY DAMAGING
