There is a potential for accumulating snowfall across the remainder of the outlook Tuesday night into Wednesday which could effect the Wednesday morning commute for the I-95 corridor. Low wind chills which could cause hypothermia and frostbite in less than 30 minutes are possible across the ridges of the Allegheny Front and Blue Ridge Mountains Wednesday night. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
