WINTER STORM WARNINGS AND WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES HAVE BEEN
EXTENDED UNTIL 9 AM THIS MORNING TO ACCOUNT FOR ON GOING FREEZING
RAIN AND/OR DRIZZLE. IN ADDITION...SNOW COVERED AND ICY ROADS WILL
PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING...CAUSING HAZARDOUS TRAVELING

WIND CHILLS BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT ALONG THE ALLEGHENY
FRONT.

WIND CHILLS BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED MONDAY THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY
MORNING FOR ALLEGHENY AND POTOMAC HIGHLANDS AS WELL AS THE BLUE
RIDGE MOUNTAINS. WIND CHILL VALUES MAY DROP AS LOW AS 20 DEGREES
BELOW ZERO LATE MONDAY NIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING FOR THE
ALLEGHENY HIGHLANDS.
