COLUMBIA.

A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR SPOTSYLVANIA AND STAFFORD
COUNTIES IN VIRGINIA...AND CHARLES...CALVERT...AND ST MARYS IN
MARYLAND...AS WELL AS SURROUNDING WATERS UNTIL 8PM.

THERE IS AN ENHANCED RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THIS
EVENING. THE MAIN THREATS ARE DAMAGING WINDS AND ISOLATED
TORNADOES.
