STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS HAVE CAUSED WATER LEVELS TO BE 2 TO 3 FEET BELOW NORMAL ALONG THE WESTERN SHORE OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY. THIS CONDITION OF BLOW OUT TIDES MAY CAUSE BOATS TO BECOME GROUNDED. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN TO LESSEN LATE THIS AFTERNOON... ALLOWING THE WATERS TO START TO RETURN TO NORMAL LEVELS. $$
