AREAS AFFECTED...FAR EAST CO...NORTHWEST KS...FAR SOUTHWEST NEB

CONCERNING...TORNADO WATCH 213...215...

VALID 262346Z - 270045Z

THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 213...215...CONTINUES.

SUMMARY...STORM CLUSTERS OVER EAST CO SHOULD MOSTLY PROGRESS FROM WW
213 TO WW 215 BY 01Z SCHEDULED EXPIRATION OF WW 213. THROUGH THAT
TIME...ALL SEVERE HAZARDS REMAIN POSSIBLE WITHIN BOTH WATCHES.

DISCUSSION...AN MCS WITH EMBEDDED SUPERCELL STRUCTURES IS GENERALLY
MOVING AROUND 30-40 KT ACROSS EAST CO. CURRENT EXTRAPOLATION
SUGGESTS THIS ACTIVITY SHOULD PROGRESS ACROSS THE STATE LINE BY
01Z...EXCEPT FOR PARTS OF YUMA COUNTY CO. SEVERAL DOWNSTREAM CELLS
HAVE DEVELOPED OVER THE PAST HOUR ACROSS NORTHWEST KS INTO FAR
SOUTHWEST NEB. THESE CELLS SHOULD EVENTUALLY MERGE WITH THE EAST CO
CLUSTER AND FORM INTO A BROADER MCS. ALL HAZARDS REMAIN POSSIBLE
NEAR-TERM...BUT OVERALL RISK MAY TRANSITION TO PREDOMINANTLY STRONG
TO SEVERE WIND GUSTS AFTER CONSOLIDATION OCCURS.
