...LOCALLY DENSE FOG OVER THE COASTAL WATERS...

AREAS OF FOG HAVE DEVELOPED OVER THE SOUTHERN COASTAL WATERS THIS
MORNING. VISIBILITIES AT TIMES WILL BE REDUCED BELOW 1/2 MILE.
THE FOG WILL GRADUALLY LIFT BETWEEN 8 AM AND 9 AM. DENSE FOG CAN
RESTRICT VISIBILITIES TO NEAR ZERO IN JUST A FEW MINUTES. MARINERS
ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN WHEN NAVIGATING IN AREAS OF REDUCED
VISIBILITIES.
