.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE SETTLING TO THE CAROLINA COAST TODAY WILL
PRODUCE NORTH WINDS AND POOR CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT ESPECIALLY
IN THE GULF STREAM. A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL PUSH OFF THE EASTERN
SEABOARD MONDAY AND CAUSE THE SURFACE RIDGE AXIS TO SETTLE SLOWLY
SOUTH ACROSS THE FLORIDA PENINSULA THROUGH MID WEEK. GRADUALLY
RECOVERING MOISTURE WILL BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR OFFSHORE MOVING
THUNDERSTORMS BY WEDNESDAY.
