SPOT FORECAST FOR CHENEY HWY WILDFIRE...FHP
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MELBOURNE FL
826 PM EDT WED SEP 28 2016

FORECAST IS BASED ON REQUEST TIME OF 2008 EDT ON SEPTEMBER 28.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...EXPECT A CLUSTER OF LIGHTNING STORMS TO PASS THROUGH
THE BURN AREA BETWEEN 900 PM AND 1000 PM. THESE STORMS MAY CONTAIN
OCCASIONAL TO FREQUENT LIGHTNING, WIND GUSTS OUT OF THE WEST AT 25
TO 30 MPH, AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN ONE HALF AND
ONE INCH IN A 60 TO 90 MINUTE PERIOD. RAINFALL AMOUNTS EARLIER
TODAY NEAR THE FIRE WERE GENERALLY LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH.

BECAUSE OF TODAY`S RAINFALL AND HIGH RELATIVE HUMIDITY, EXPECT
LVORI VALUES TO REMAIN BETWEEN 7 AND 8 ALL NIGHT. AS WINDS BECOME
LIGHT, SETTLING OF SMOKE IN AND AROUND THE BURN AREA IS QUITE
LIKELY. SINCE THE BURN IS SOUTH OF STATE ROAD 50, AND THERE
WILL BE A LIGHT DRIFT TOWARD THE NORTH AND NORTHEAST OVERNIGHT.
SOME LOCALIZED VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS ARE POSSIBLE.
