.DISCUSSION...Low clouds (stratus) and patchy fog are forecast to move in
from the west and reach the burn site a little before sunrise Sunday. Any
fog should lift by 9 am but stratus clouds may linger a little longer.
Localized dense fog will be possible in vicinity of the smoldering burn
resulting in reduced visibilities  The sea breeze will again be pinned
near the coast on Sunday due to west to southwest surface and transport
winds.
