A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS ENTRENCHED ACROSS THE REGION THIS EVENING AND HAS RESULTED IN A MOSTLY CLEAR SKY. THIS HAS ALLOWED FOR GOOD RADIATIONAL COOLING ONCE AGAIN AS TEMPERATURES HAVE FALLEN WELL INTO THE 70S THIS EVENING...AND WILL EVENTUALLY BOTTOM OUT IN THE UPPER 50S TO LOWER 60S IN MOST VALLEY LOCATIONS BY DAYBREAK. GIVEN THE CLEAR AND CALM CONDITIONS...COMBINED WITH THE WARM LAKE/RIVER WATER TEMPS...A GOOD SET UP FOR PATCHY FOG ALONG BODIES OF WATER WILL EXIST LATE TONIGHT ONCE AGAIN...AS WELL AS IN SHELTERED AREAS WHERE WINDS COMPLETELY DECOUPLE.
