Forecast remains on track for tonight with only minor tweaks made to temps and sky cover based on current obs and model timing. Clouds will increase from the northwest tonight. An ongoing MCS over the Ohio Valley tonight still looks like it could push an outflow boundary into the northern part of the forecast area Saturday morning. This boundary combined with a weak front should provide enough of a focus for convection to fire along during the afternoon and evening hours. By tomorrow afternoon, models are showing a moist, highly unstable airmass overhead. If the boundaries provide enough forcing to overcome the weak cap, some strong to severe storms should quickly develop with large hail and damaging winds the primary threats.
