Break in rainfall tonight with skies slowly becoming overcast. Short range models show showers and storms developing over the lower Mississippi Valley and slowly moving northeast overnight. However the process will be very slow and not expecting rainfall to reach southeast Tennessee until after sunrise so dropped low rain chances southeast Tennessee. Patchy fog development still looks likely late tonight. Adjusted hourly trends of temperature and dew points but overall forecast lows still look on track. Updated forecast sent.
