MAINLY VFR CONDITIONS EXPECTED THROUGH THE PERIOD WITH SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS DIMINISHING THROUGH THE EVENING. MVFR AND IFR FOG LOOKS PROBABLE AT TRI TOWARD EARLY MORNING...THEN CLEARING TO VFR BY LATE MORNING.
