Sufficient moisture is circulating around the deep Southern Atlantic Coastal low to bring some clouds to the Southern Appalachian Region. A few of these are holding flight conditions in the mvfr category. Additionally, there is a little light fog at cha that shouldn`t be a problem too long after 13z. Would expect the mvfr ceilings to lift by mid morning as well. Drier air and high pressure keeps flight weather vfr through most of the forecast period. However, some mvfr category fog could form around 08z through the end of the forecast.
