000 FXUS64 KMRX 220534 AFDMRX Area Forecast Discussion National Weather Service Morristown TN 133 AM EDT Tue Aug 22 2017 .AVIATION... Main concern is potential of fog development potential mainly at TRI. Due to small dewpoint depressions and clear sky at TRI, plan on including IFR/LIFR conditions there between 09-12Z. Besides the fog, surface ridging will begin to move east of the area allowing winds to become southwesterly sustained up to 10kts. Upper riding will also slowly weaken, but remain strong enough with mid-level warm layer to keep convection chances too low to mention at all TAF sites. && .MRX WATCHES/WARNINGS/ADVISORIES...
