A moist boundary layer in place after scattered to numerous showers and storms yesterday. Already seeing some fog developing at KTRI and expect conditions at the terminals early this morning will be in the MVFR to IFR category. For now, have IFR conditions forecast only at KTRI with MVFR at KTYS and KCHA. Expect rapid improvements in flight conditions shortly after daybreak with afternoon showers and storms developing once again ahead of an approaching cold front.
