MVFR to IFR conditions are expected through this evening as rain slowly tapers off. IFR to LIFR ceilings are expected overnight due to low stratus and locally dense fog. As drier air moves into the area after sunrise, vis/cigs will recover to IFR/MVFR levels by the afternoon. The next round of rain will move in from the southwest at the end of the forecast period.
