CURRENT SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWS A WEST-TO-EAST ORIENTED QUASI- STATIONARY FRONTAL BOUNDARY OVER EASTERN KY AND SOUTHERN WV...WITH A MOIST AIR MASS OVER THE FORECAST AREA WITH DEWPOINTS IN THE MID TO UPPER 60S. THIS FRONTAL BOUNDARY MAY DRIFT SOUTHWARD ACROSS KTRI LATER THIS AFTERNOON...BEFORE BEING PUSHED BACK TO THE NORTH AS A WARM FRONT TONIGHT BY INCREASING SOUTHERLY WINDS OVER THE REGION. THIS FRONTAL BOUNDARY SHOULD COMBINE WITH A MARGINALLY UNSTABLE AIR MASS TO PRODUCE SCATTERED CONVECTION THIS AFTERNOON AROUND KTRI... SO WILL INCLUDE VCTS AT KTRI. BUT OVERALL...VFR CONDITIONS AND LIGHT WINDS ARE EXPECTED FOR MOST OF THE TAF PERIOD AT ALL THREE TAF SITES.
