.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure will move to the coast tonight,
emerge offshore well N of the area near the Virginia Capes Wed,
then slowly track off to the NE Wed night through Fri. A high
pressure ridge will pass E across the area later Fri and Fri
night. Another low will move to the coast Sat and Sat night, then
move offshore Sun and Sun night.
