New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will clear SE of
Georges Bank tonight. High pressure will build S over the area
later tonight, then will move SE of the area Thu. Low pressure
will move SE off the New England coast later Thu into Thu night,
and track across the region Thu night into Fri. High pressure
will build towards the region Fri through Sat night, then move
across the area Sun and Sun night. A weak cold front will
approach the coast Sun night, then move offshore Mon and Mon
night.

3 ft early, becoming 2 ft or less, then, becoming 3 ft.
