offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Broad, developing low pressure
just off the Delmarva coast this evening will slowly track E
while passing just S of the waters later tonight into Fri night.
The low will then pass SE and E of the waters Sat into Sun. A
high pressure ridge will build into the area Sat through Mon
night. Another low pressure area will develop S of the waters Sun
and Sun night, and then persist Mon and Mon night.

4 ft. Chance of rain and areas of fog with vsby 1 nm or less.
