New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will lift NE over
the waters tonight. A strong cold front will move E across the
waters Fri, and then pass E of the region Fri night. A strong
secondary cold front will move E across the region Sat into Sat
night. A high pressure ridge will build E toward the coast later
Sat night, then quickly move offshore while weakening early Sun.
Low pressure will move over the area Sun night while pulling a
cold front over the waters, then pass E of the region Mon. A low
pressure trough will move offshore Mon night as another high
builds E over the waters Mon night into Tue. The high pressure
ridge will then shift SE of the area Tue night.
