.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move E over the region today into tonight. An associated low
pressure will weaken as it gradually move SE through the waters
Sat and Sat night. Another cold front will approach the waters
Sun and move E and SE across the waters later Sun and Sun night.
A high pressure ridge will build NE over the waters Mon and Mon
night and persist into Tue night.
