Intensifying low pressure will track E and NE from the Great Lakes tonight into Tue, reach Maine by Tue night, and the Canadian Maritimes Wed. A strong cold front associated with the low will move E over the waters late Tue and Tue night, followed by a secondary cold front moving SE over the area Wed into Wed night. A high pressure ridge will build E toward the coast Thu and Thu night as low pressure forms E of the waters.
