New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front moving S over the
waters early today will pass S of the area this afternoon. High
pressure will build S over the region later today and tonight,
then shift E of the area Wed and Wed night. A warm front will
lift N into the waters Wed night into Thu night. A strong cold
front will approach the area from the W Thu and Thu night, move E
across the waters Fri, and then pass E of the region Fri night.
A secondary cold front will move E to the coast Fri night, and
cross the region Sat into Sat night. A high pressure ridge will
build E toward the coast later Sat night.
