SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

GEORGES BANK WILL REMAIN IN THIS VICINITY EARLY TODAY. LOW PRES
ALONG THE FRONT JUST S OF GEORGES BANK WILL PASS NE OF THE WATERS
AND PULL THE FRONT JUST E OF THE WATERS LATER TODAY. WEAK HIGH
PRES WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER THE WATERS THROUGH TONIGHT
BEFORE SHIFTING E OF THE AREA FRI AND FRI NIGHT. THE STATIONARY
FRONT WILL THEN DRIFT BACK TO THE N AND NW OVER THE REGION AS A
WEAK WARM FRONT THU NIGHT THROUGH SUN WHILE APPROACHING THE COAST.
THE FRONT WILL STALL AGAIN SUN NIGHT AND DISSIPATE MON. A WEAK
COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE COAST FROM THE NW MON NIGHT.
